Returns are accepted for all artworks except custom-made pieces unless they arrive damaged or defective. You must initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving the artwork.
Condition of Artworks:
All artworks must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, and unused. We reserve the right to reject returns if the artwork shows signs of damage or has been altered.
Provide the necessary information, including your order number and reason for return. Follow the instructions provided in the email for returning the artwork. Pack the artwork securely to prevent damage during transit.
Refund or Exchange:
We offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for returned artworks, based on your preference. Exchanges are subject to artwork availability, and the customer may need to pay any price difference or additional shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days after the artwork is received and inspected.
Shipping and Handling:
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the artwork was received in a damaged or defective condition. If the artwork arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for assistance and we will expense the return shipment. It's mandatory to use a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure a safe arrival.
